SDC Conference and Meeting Facilities

SDC Atrium

A superb two storey glass structure, the Atrium is located within Perkin House. It is easily accessible by road and rail. The Atrium was created during the redevelopment of the building in 1995/96.

The Atrium is an excellent area for holding meetings, seminars, conferences, lectures, and of course, exhibitions! The area measures some 84 square metres, and is equipped with remote controlled slide projector, large screen television and video, overhead projector and screen, flip chart, dry wipe board and lectern, TV, video, laptop computer and digital projector.

Refreshments ranging from morning coffee to a three course meal can be served in an anteroom. Delegates can relax during their lunch break by a visit to the Society's award winning Colour Experience.

Capacity and layout

All the furniture can be removed to leave a completely empty area that can then be utilised as required.
