Coloration Technology

The Society's flagship bimonthly journal is Coloration Technology. This now includes review papers previously published as a separate publication entitled Review of Progress in Coloration. More information about Coloration Technology is available on the journal's main page.

An integral part of Coloration Technology has been the inclusion of regular review papers, which provide important, informative and insightful reviews on topics related to coloration. A full list of all the review papers published since 1969 is available. From 2006, review articles published in Coloration Technology can be accessed these by following the link as instructed on the ColourClick site.

Although most of the review papers are commissioned specially, we still welcome ideas from other authors. If you have an idea for an article, please feel free to send us a brief synopsis which will then be considered by our Journals Committee.

Colour: Design and Creativity

Colour: Design and Creativity is a new electronic journal that aims to become the premier forum for the publication of reports of research-based and practice-based work in colour- and design-related fields. Its philosophy is to act as a multidisciplinary journal addressing all aspects of colour and design, featuring articles that systematically describe evidence-based applications of colour in design, art, architecture, fashion, etc.

The target readership includes academics, students, designers, technologists, manufacturers, retailers, or indeed any profession where colour is an important part of the products or services concerned.
